This facility specializes in patient care services including Pharmaceutical, Emergency, Cardiopulmonary, Diagnostic Imaging, Family Birthing Center, Infusion, Laboratory, Rehabilitation, and Surgical Services. 

In this role, the Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist will be reporting to the Pharmacy Director and will be working closely with a team of tenured pharmacy technologists. The Pharmacist will also have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of Physicians and Health Practitioners. 

This person will be responsible for maintaining accountability for pharmaceutical processes. As an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist, this role will require participation in clinical pharmacy initiatives, patient teaching, code support, effective use of dosing protocols, and tracking of clinical interventions. This role will require knowledge of monitoring the effects of medications best suited for each patient and will counsel their patients on the effects of the drug.
