Inpatient Hospice RN at A-Line Staffing Solutions

Job Posting: Inpatient Hospice RN (13-Week Contract for FMLA)

Location: Jackson, MI
Compensation: $79,040 annually
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM

We are looking for an Inpatient Hospice RN to provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients in a supportive inpatient setting. The ideal candidate understands the end-of-life process and can effectively communicate with patients and their families during this difficult time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to ensure patient comfort.
• Collaborate with providers and assist CNAs with patient care.
• Communicate with families regarding the end-of-life process.
• Pronounce time of death and document appropriately.
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4-6.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Michigan RN License in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience .
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
