Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Provides daily management and supervision of workflow activities in the Care Management Department. Serves as the subject-matter expert for workflow processes. Adheres to regulatory requirements and standards and consistently monitors staff compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Maryland LMSW or LCSW-C
- Certified Case Manager preferred
