Inside Rental Sales Representative - Titan Machinery

• Sales Excellence:Respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide expert advice on equipmentrental options to meet customer needs. Perform comprehensive needs assessments to accurately identify the customer's project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints
• Customer Engagement:Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize equipmentfleetutilizationand drive new business opportunities
• Professional Representation:Maintaina high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone, and ensure that your knowledge of equipmentinventory enables you to offer innovative and effective solutions to customers

Required: 

• Have 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED 
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
