We are seeking a Client Connection Specialist (Inside Sales Agent) to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
The Client Connection Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging with potential home sellers and buyers. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and relationship building to support our real estate agents and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
● Identify and qualify potential home buyers and sellers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and other lead generation methods.
● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients with effective lead management and follow-up strategies.
Appointment Setting
● Engage with potential clients to educate them about our services and offerings.
● Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with prospective clients and discuss their property needs and goals.
Relationship Building
● Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their motivations, preferences, and timelines.
● Provide exceptional customer service and personalized attention to build trust and credibility.
Communication & Collaboration
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and optimize lead generation and appointment-setting initiatives.
● Maintain clear and timely communication with team members regarding appointments, progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Documentation & Reporting
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, appointments, and potential leads using the Sierra Interactive CRM system.
● Generate regular reports to analyze performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Working Conditions & Expectations:
● Flexible, Hybrid Work Environment with Extended Availability: The role offers the flexibility to work primarily from home, with an expectation of availability beyond traditional business hours to accommodate client needs and ensure optimal service delivery.
● Expectations: Speed to lead response time (within 5 mins) Inbound and outbound prospecting Database management Set 15-20 appointments per week.
Requirements:
- Georgia Real Estate License is required
