Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer, providing consultative and empathetic solutions.
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of our debt resolution program, address objections, and close sales within 1-2 calls.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to streamline the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Consistently exceed sales goals and performance metrics, contributing to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct-to-consumer inside sales.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced call center environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
