THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented, driven, and entrepreneurial Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team to execute strategy and increase sales within our high-value specialty retail channel, with a focus on developing new business and our growing Colorado territory. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales of our products and brands by prospecting for new customers through cold and warm calls, email campaigns, and establishing and nurturing relationships with upscale independent retailers in the boutique, spa and gift industries. The Inside Sales Representative will also communicate with customers via phone and email, with a heavy emphasis on outbound calling.
ESSENTIAL SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exceed sales targets by proactively generating orders via telephone, consistently representing our brand and company in a highly professional manner.
- Foster and maintain positive and enduring relationships with prospective customers across various stages, from initial contact to conversion.
- Cultivate enthusiasm among customers for seasonal sales promotions, driving active participation.
- Efficiently manage administrative aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and prompt issue resolution.
- Participate in industry-related events, including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities, to remain informed about market trends and cultivate potential customer relationships.
- Deliver polished and persuasive presentations to prospects within your designated territory, as well as in response to specific requirements.
- Conduct weekly travel visits to existing and potential clients throughout Colorado, ensuring strong client engagement.
- Remain adaptable and prepared to assume additional responsibilities as required, as the scope of your role may evolve over time.
