National Recovery USA is looking for A-players to join our Sales team by supporting and engaging with Insurance adjusters, and logistics / Transportation professionals to determine the right service we offer that can help them save time and money by managing their claims and being their single point of contact throughout the US.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in inside sales
- At least 1 year with outbound calls
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs
- Background in Logistics is preferred
Three or more years of experience with inside sales and high-volume outbound calls is preferred. Familiarity with Google Suite, insurance experience, and CRM system experience is ideal too.
DAY-TO-DAY
The Sales Representative will be responsible for following up on leads who engage in National Recovery marketing materials and convert them into regular customers. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase revenue by calling cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments with senior sales staff. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics and demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.
- Make 50 - 100 outbound calls daily to generate new leads
- Schedule up to 15 meetings a month with clients and closers
- Email marketing material to new and existing clients
- Manage the pipeline of prospects using company CRM and perform a daily review of leads and lead sources
- Ask qualifying questions to determine the client's industry, revenue, profitability...etc.
- Document conversations in our CRM in a clear, concise manner so fellow Sales Associates can reference.
- Utilize role-play opportunities to gain confidence in the sales process
- Communicate National Recovery's value proposition to all prospects
