Job Description:
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for converting incoming customer inquiries into sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from potential customers and convert them into sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide detailed information about our offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and persuade customers
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma required
