About the Job
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will respond to phone, email, web-based inquires for basic technical data, price, delivery, or applications information then generate quotations and pass opportunities to their respective Account Managers. You will be a valuable point of contact for both internal and external customers. You will also be tasked with follow up on quotations, past orders, and probing for new sales opportunities by phone and email. The great news is you will have a direct impact on the customer experience!

Requirements
- Provide outstanding customer service treating our customers as the top priority.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective Communicator: strong phone and email presence. Good listener.
- Be Competent: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical major preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Instrumentation, controls, or analytical experience is a plus.
- Be Professional and Dependable.
- Periodic overnight travel to attend tradeshows, sales and training meetings.
- Physical demands - able to lift as much as 50 lbs, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and ladders.
- Pass security background check, physical and drug tests.
