Our company is seeking Inside Sales Associates to be located in our Tampa, FL facility. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role within our sales team, serving as a pivotal point of contact for customers. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales activities. The ability to speak English & Spanish is a plus.
Competitive base pay along with a monthly incentive plan with potential to make $65,000 per year.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Order Entry: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system and confirming order status with customers.
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to follow up on orders, provide updates, and offer additional products or services.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate individuals as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and support sales efforts.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be personable and accurate with numbers.
- Industrial metal knowledge a plus, but not required.
- Previous inside sales experience.
- Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
