JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Inside Sales Coordinator / Customer Service
Job purpose:
To plan and carry out sales activities and administrative duties, so as to maintain and develop the sales of all of JH Industries / Copperloyproducts to our distribution network as well as customer base.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Making sure new orders are accurate and correctly entered into our system.
- Respond to, and follow up with sales enquiries by phone. (i.e. Quoting products and following up with the distributor or customer)
- Maintain existing customers through planned individual account support.
- Handling the day to day business operations (sales and administrative) with our national account base.
- Assure completed orders are shipped as per the customers required or JH Industries promised ship dates.
- Shipping completed orders (i.e. Completing bills of lading, and contacting freight carriers)
- Expediting orders which require such attention.
- Tracking orders which have shipped (when necessary).
Standard business hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (unless otherwise notified by management).
