Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to place a Customer Success Specialist for a growing company in Douglasville, GA. The Customer Success Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by providing exceptional support throughout the sales order process. This role involves managing customer inquiries, facilitating order fulfillment, and proactively engaging with customers to address their needs and concerns.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the sales order process, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, order status updates, and product-related questions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique requirements, preferences, and challenges to deliver personalized support and service.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting additional products or services that align with their needs.
Sales Order Management:
- Coordinate sales order processing activities, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to lead times and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to expedite order processing, resolve order discrepancies, and address customer requests or special requirements.
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their orders, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
- Prepare orders for shipment and prepare documentation and labels. Primarily ship all products by small pack by UPS or FedEx.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate, some college preferred. Additional certification or training in customer success, sales, or 3D printing technology is advantageous.
- Proven experience in customer success, sales support, or order management roles, preferably in manufacturing or a related technology field.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand 3D printing technologies, materials, software tools, and applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and address their concerns.
- Proficiency in sales order management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer inquiries and orders simultaneously.
