We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to uphold and expand our reputation for excellence.
What will you do:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, driving sales, addressing inquiries, and processing orders
- Work consistent daytime hours with no evenings or weekends and minimal travel
- Present and promote our high-quality overhead garage doors to prospective clients
- Generate quotes with a well-established book of business and new customers
- Provide customers with timely updates on installations and repairs, ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Work towards achieving monthly sales goals

Our Ideal Inside Sales Manager:
- Experienced: 4+ years in the construction industry, with roles such as laborer, foreman, crew lead, or supervisor. Ideal for those with hands-on experience in labor combined with leadership responsibilities. Sales or estimating experience within the construction industry is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word); QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Honest: Committed to integrity in every interaction, ensuring customers feel confident and valued throughout the sales process
- Great Communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, and via email
- People-Oriented: Sincere, friendly, can easily relate to customers
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to listen carefully and record orders accurately
- Team Player: Works well in a collaborative setting. Is socially aware and accommodates those with whom you interact and work. Have a warm and welcoming personality
