Surya Inc. has been named to the Inc. 5000 annual list of America's fastest growing privately held companies ten times.Job DescriptionThe Inside Sales Manager will manage a team of high performing B2B account managers who exceed sales targets and establish solid long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will provide daily motivation, coaching and support to the team, with the goal of growing revenue and maximizing wallet share from existing accounts. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Manager will assist in defining the team's objectives, sales processes and targets based on Inside Sales best practices. This role involves hiring, training, coaching and motivating people as well as selling, defining and improving sales processes, and leveraging technology to drive performance and productivity. Duties Recruit, develop and retain a great team of passionate and successful salespeople.Develop and manage the documentation and training materials related to all Inside Sales processes and procedures including new hire training, job aids and tools (e.g. scripts, product information, and technology guides).Establish new processes to maximize sales through phone calls, emails, webinars and other direct customer communication.Enforce regular reporting against key success metrics to infuse a culture of performance management.Manage teams' operational metrics, performance measurements and resource plans. Reviews sales activities and forecast data to set and determine progress toward goals and objectives.Actively engage in development of product knowledge for self and team. Understand competitive landscape and industry information.Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM by running weekly data quality checks.Cultivate a strong team environment with employees who are committed to the long-term success of the company. Requirements Minimum education - Bachelor's degree8-10 years sales and/or business development experience3+ years managing B2B sales teams in a high growth sales/account management environmentProven ability to build and lead an inside sales teamDemonstrated experience building profitable client relationshipsProven track record of exceeding performance targetsExperience with a CRM platform; preferably SalesforceStrong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to commute daily to our corporate office in White, GA Competencies Willingness to work hard and lead by example.
