Responsibilities

• Enter all customer orders accurately and completely, following order entry procedures as documented.
• Work together with assigned outside sales people and technical support person to achieve team/territory goals.
• Provide formal and verbal quotations to customers, using documented quote procedures.
• Handle customer calls, e-mail, Internet and fax requests, and assist with literature requests as required.
• Support sales team by networking accounts. Always request information on new customers or prospects, and provide the information to outside sales as a lead/referral or appointment. Suggest appropriate accessories, parts, or related equipment when quoting or discussing an order.
• Assist with Returned Material requests following RMA procedures.
• Continuous improvement via product, computer/software and procedure training as directed.
• Mediate and effectively resolve any issues that arise between customer and

• Attend all Company meetings, as well as other assigned meetings and conferences.
• Maintain customer files, comments, pricing files etc.
• Daily follow up of various order-related reports.

Must be able effectively communicate about technical products from a customer service perspective and properly forward customer to outside sales or inside application/ technical support when appropriate.
