Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Inside Sales & Office Manager to join our team in the industrial cleaning and power washing industry. This hybrid role will focus on driving sales growth through effective inbound bid response, business development, and maintaining smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry and be proficient in working with bid platforms commonly used in industrial cleaning and related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales / Estimator:
· Bid Response Management: Respond efficiently to inbound bid requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
o Monitor and manage multiple bid platforms (e.g., PlanHub, ConstructConnect, BidNet,Building Connected, etc), identifying opportunities and responding to RFPs/RFQs.
· Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
o Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales reports.
o Follow up on quotes and bids to close deals and maximize revenue.
Business Development:
· Client Relationship Building: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial cleaning and power washing.
o Research potential clients and markets, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and networking.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and execute sales campaigns.
o Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
Office Management:
· Administrative Excellence & Organizational Skills
o Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
o Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the workspace is well-organized.
o Manage schedules (client, employee, leadership), client meetings, as needed.
o Assist with bookkeeping, recordkeeping, contract management, PSA upkeep, and managing office communications.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within industrial cleaning, power washing, or a related field.
· Familiarity with bid platforms and a track record of successful RFP/RFQ responses.
· Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate and nurture new leads.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on client service.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Experience with office management and administrative tasks is a plus.
