We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Inside Sales Representative to support our inside sales team, manage data center projects, and handle procurement processes. Position Overview
This dual role combines responsibilities in project management, inside sales, and procurement. You will manage key data center projects, assist with inside sales activities, and ensure smooth procurement processes to meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Respond to inquiries, generate quotes, and process sales orders.
- Assist with product recommendations and technical support for customers.
- Track and follow up on leads to support revenue growth.
Project Management:
- Oversee and coordinate data center projects from inception to completion.
- Create project timelines, set milestones, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Procurement:
- Source materials and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and lead times.
- Monitor inventory and align procurement with project needs.
- Manage vendor relationships to maintain high service levels and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or project management (preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry).
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
