Job Summary:
Inside Sales Reps at OnPay are primarily responsible for engaging with prospective and incoming clients to familiarize them with OnPay’s system and services. The day-to-day activity of an Inside Sales Rep involves conducting outbound calls and emails to educate prospects regarding OnPay, generate qualified sales opportunities, and provide consultative guidance to prospects and clients on how to get started with our services quickly, easily, and accurately. Role Responsibilities:
Get to know our clients' business challenges along with their Payroll, Benefits, and HR needs to show them how OnPay's solutions can make their lives easier and their businesses run smoother
Create a great first impression as the initial point of contact by showing enthusiasm about OnPay
Energetically engage with prospective clients as an educational resource to help them feel comfortable about our solutions
Consultative sales through high-volume outbound calls and follow-up communications to engage prospects
Quickly build relationships with prospective clients so that you can serve as their trusted advisor
Close collaboration with Onboarding, Benefits, Partnerships, Product, and other teams at OnPay to set the client up for success
Unique opportunity to fully manage a full-cycle sales process from start to finish

Education and Experience:
0-2 years in a client-facing role and/or sales development role
Prior Payroll experience is a plus
College experience (degree strongly preferred)
