Inside Sales Rep - PrideStaff

Inside sales representative are needed for an innovative healthcare organization in southern Palm Beach County. If you have inside sales experience and are seeking a career opportunity with a growing company, this could be the one for you!  

The successful inside sales candidate is able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment, with established standards, guidelines and procedures. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure and patience while speaking with patients and physicians. 

• $20/hr. to start

Description:

• Through outbound call campaigns, sells patients on the benefits of membership in an affiliated physician practice.  Discusses the components of the program to discover which program components may appeal to the prospective patient to demonstrate the value of the program. 
• Handles inbound call activity and accurately documents in Salesforce (CRM system).
• Performs general research and problem resolution. Escalates patient issues and concerns to management, as necessary.       

Requirements:

• Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems.
• While not required, foreign language fluency is a plus.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and manage objectives with little supervision.
• Types with speed and accuracy, solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and modern office procedures, and able to learn new software easily.
• Prior experience with various call center solutions a plus.
