Inside Sales Rep - 2C Workforce Solutions

2C Workforce Workforce Solutions has multiple exciting positions available in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You’ll be paid while you’re going through training!

Our client is a Commercial loan brokerage company based on Wall Street and they are rapidly expanding! They are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to fill inside sales roles based at the office located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The position is to represent the company, which provides working capital for small to large-sized companies throughout the United States. This role is a great opportunity to grow, learn from seasoned leadership and never feel stagnant while you are compensated for the work you put in.

Related experience is a plus but not required as the company will set you up with the tools and data to reach out to potential clients in order for you to be successful. There is no license requirement. You will be paid weekly while you are trained, along with an aggressive commission program that can bring highly motivated self-starters high annual earnings in the first year.  

Position based at the office located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

We are hiring for shifts of Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM and 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST.

Hourly rate is $13.00 per hour plus participation in a commission program.

• Making the initial customer contact using leads which will be provided for you
• Generate interest
• Opening process with assistance provided as necessary
• Manage and maintain a growing and recurring book of business
• Email Marketing

• Strong verbal communication skills; fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Must have a mode of reliable transportation to get to and from the office
• Must be a self starter and pro-active
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Strong customer service focus with a commitment to customer satisfaction
