INSIDE SALES REP - Manufacturing - Gpac

We are currently working with an Industrial Machinery & Equipment Manufacturer in Atascosa County, TX that is looking for a skilled Inside Sales Rep. who will play a crucial part in supporting the outside sales team and contributing to their overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and purchase orders.

Oversee and coordinate orders with extended lead times, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, the external sales team, and clients.

Manage and negotiate product pricing with customers, ensuring accurate margins.

Monitor the progress of order fulfillment, providing updates and addressing any potential issues or modifications.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, specifically inindustrial products, pumps, motors, or controls.

Solid understanding of pumps.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.

The salary range is $50-60k base plus commissions DOE

This position is on-site.

US citizen or permanent resident.

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
