About the Job
Accentuate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. The Inside Sales Representative will be entering and monitoring orders and responding to and following up on customer information needs in a timely manner, performing business administration tasks efficiently and maintaining the organizations quality standards and customers’ satisfaction. This is a direct hire hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products, address billing or payment inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to problems. They interact with customers through various channels like phone, email, etc.
- Direct contact with customers to obtain new orders or programs, follow up on pending orders and inventory levels to keep orders coming in, including occasional visits to clients’ premises.
- Actively listen to customers, ask questions, and provide clear and concise responses. They ensure customers feel heard, valued, and understood.
- Handle order processing, including taking customer orders, verifying product availability, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges. Ensuring accurate and timely order entry is a key part of the role and must be done on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints or problems efficiently. Diagnose issues, provide effective solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Gathering customer feedback and identifying trends or patterns in inquiries or complaints is another important aspect. This information is relayed to relevant teams within the organization to drive improvements in products or services
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries, so interact with team in Spain-Europe to obtain relevant information to perform job successfully.
- Elaborate sales KPI’s in an orderly manner, alone or in interaction with other teams and/or departments.
- Contribute, in coordination with Marketing team, to design and execute market policies and procedures regarding: Commercial samples (sample requests, sample tracking, control of commercial samples...); Shipments to customers, Christmas and ad-hoc campaigns; Department's document collections (catalogs, brochures, IT, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience of 2-5 years in customer service depts, or sales industry experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ideally SAP or any other relevant ERP.
- Ideally Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work as a team member, externally and internally.
- Must possess excellent listening skills and client service skills.
- Experience working for global organizations.
- The successful candidate needs to understand cultural and linguistic differences. Native in English and ideally fluent in Spanish, but not compulsory.
Salary
55,000 - 60,000 /year
