About the Job
Our purpose is to hire, teach and retain a highly-effective Inside Sales Representative to grow/nurture leads, close sales, coordinate new properties and accounts with our onboarding team, and work closely with company leadership.

Position Details:
• Inside Sales position for a rapidly growing, early stage company to seek leads, nurture opportunities, and close sales for New Accounts (properties) in territories we currently serve - Scottsdale AZ and Nashville TN.
• Coaching and tools will be provided.
• Immediately capture and build a leads list and pipeline to close a minimum of 50 properties (within month 2) and a minimum of 100 properties (month 3 going forward).
• Sell and market in current Mend territories - Scottsdale and Nashville. With a preference for growing the Scottsdale market 2 to 1.
• All sales activity logged in our systems - leads, opportunities, closed deals etc.
• Weekly pipeline review - net new leads, lead progression, etc.
• Note: The terms of this role will be reviewed and modified when MEND 2.0 Product Launch starts (anticipated late 2022/early 2023).
• Based anywhere in the US. Preference for Atlanta*, Nashville, Scottsdale
• Starting ASAP, August 2022
Compensation:
Base: Hourly base at $20 per hour plus commission (40 hour work week)
Tiered Commission:
• $40/property = 1-50 properties per month. $50/property = 51-99 properties per month. $75/property = 100+ properties per month.
• Commission paid once sale is successfully coordinated, scheduled and initial fee collected
• Management review on all deals with more than 10 properties
• Commission paid proportionate to Onboarding Fee of $199/per property
Sales Targets:
• 100 properties closed per month (after initial month setup)
• 200+ properties closed per month (stretch goal)
• New properties only (not including House Accounts)
• Minimum Quota: 50 properties sold per month (starting month 2)
Compensation Examples:
Example 1:
115 new properties sold within a given month
50 x $40 = $2,000 (pre-tax income)
50 x $50 = $2,500 (pre-tax income)
15 x $75 = $1,125 (pre-tax income)
Monthly Base salary + $2,000 + $2,500 + $1,125 = $5,625 Total Monthly Compensation
Example 2:
275 new properties sold within a given month
50 x $40 = $2,000 (pre-tax income)
50 x $50 = $2,500 (pre-tax income)
175 x $75 = $13,125 (pre-tax income)
Monthly Base salary + $2,000 + $2,500 + $13,125 = $17,625 Total Monthly Compensation
