About the Job
Inside Sales Representative Description:
· Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Build and maintain relationships with customers
· Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
· Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities to effectively
position our products on the market
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities, converting leads into successful sales
· Assist customers in selecting the appropriate plumbing solutions based on their needs and specifications
· Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure both customer satisfaction and company profitability
· Collaborate with our customer service team to address any post-sales issues or concerns

Job Requirements:
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the plumbing or related industry
· Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and applications
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Self-motivated and results driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
· Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, team members, and industry professionals
· Experience in using CRM software to manager leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
