Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products while promoting the company products.
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients.
- Periodically prepares and reports sending results and leads to manager.
- Caters to any customer complaints or concerns and establishes a resolution.
- Learns the various buying habits and expectations of the customers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Conducts regular follow ups on the quote status.
- Works with the V.P. of Sales on the administrative aspects of sales.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience including experience with technical products.
- Experience in utility industry preferred.
- Expert utilization of Syteline or comparable ERP system required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and service.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, reps, and other inside sales.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including proficiency in Excel.
