This position requires proactive outreach through cold calling and a focus on relationship-building to drive sales growth. Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of independence, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for bilingual English and Spanish to reach our customers better.
• Engage with customers via inbound phone calls and emails to drive sales opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for each customer.
• Provide quotes for projects, jobs, or single applications, and accurately input sales order information.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including follow-ups and pipeline management.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key vendors and partners to grow product market share.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities by leveraging industry contacts and public information.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and closing skills to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Minimum 2 years of successful inside sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
