6+ month Contract Project Role | Remote or Hybrid (Consultant's Choice), Dallas, TX
$30 - $40 /hour W2 Pay Rate
Are you a proactive sales professional with experience in prospecting and cold calling? Ourly is seeking a motivated contract Inside Sales Representative to support growth in the construction services industry. As a contract Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales via phone and email outreach. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities by implementing and using a prospecting tool, such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.io, to connect with potential customers. Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or related fields
- Construction Industry Preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in lead generation and closing sales
