Inside Sales Representative - VectorNav Technologies

About the Job
VectorNav's GPS and inertial navigation technology enables customers around the world to push the envelope in their respective fields, ranging from UAVs to walking robots to self-driving cars. Achieving success requires dedicated, intelligent and responsible sales persons who can adapt, communicate, and apply their understanding of VectorNav navigation products and services to the requirements at hand.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries by phone and email to provide technical and sales assistance to new and existing customers
- Interface with production, engineering and outside sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products, technical support and customer service
- Conduct all aspects of the procurement process: provide pricing, complete quotations, provide technical assistance, and process orders
- Maintain sales/business development information in CRM software tool
- Attend trade shows and customer visits with sales team to interface with potential customers and determine the fitness of VectorNav's systems in their application
- Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback to improve VectorNav hardware and software products
Requirements
- BA/BS preferably in Business Management, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Communication
- 2+ years of B2B inside/outside sales experience
- Customer service experience; preferably in defense, aerospace, or related industry
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment with a high standard of excellence
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
