As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for following up with leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and an excellent rapport builder. Position:
- Full-time
- Remote
- Working hours are Monday-Friday, however Saturday and/or Sunday and evenings responses may be required by the customer and the rep is expected to respond.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pipeline of prospects/leads and follow up with clients effectively via phone, text message, and social media messages.
- Build rapport with prospects to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Identify all the decision makers in the sale or move.
- Quantify a maximum offer to determine if a lead is cold, warm, or hot based on AVM and repairs.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their readiness to engage with our real estate agents.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities and to propose solutions to suit them.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents to view properties or meet with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate minimum education requirement.
- Sales experience a plus but not required.
- Must live in the Allentown, Bethlehem, or Easton Area.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle to get to acquisitions appointments.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to respond very quickly to sellers via phone calls/text messages.
- Ability to answer their phone and work nights/weekends, being flexible with sellers’ needs and attending appointments on weekends.
- Must be a great manager of time, and be able to work autonomously from home or in our office.
- Must be excited to meet new people, ask questions, engage in conversation, smile, LISTEN, and influence other people.
- Ability to follow up for multiple weeks, months, or years in case home visit does not produce a contract.
- Must be tech savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as: Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM (LeftMain), Microsoft Office, Smartphones, Social Media, etc.
- Willing to read one personal development book per month.
- Track record of self-improvement, hard work, and humility.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be ambitious and love talking to people.
- Must have a positive attitude and be coachable.
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent rapport builder - be a trusted resource for your client. Maintain a direct yet empathetic selling style - using The REI Sales Academy techniques and various sales skills designed for relational selling.
- Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, a growth mindset, and flexibility in approach.
- Must be willing to learn and continuously improve skills.
- Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listen to podcasts, and seek to learn how to be more effective.
- A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career.
- Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
- $44,000 - $55,000 per year base (Expected earnings with commission $80,000 to $100,000)
