Position: Inside Sales Representative (Georgia facility)
Location: Onsite only in Georgia, Vermont
Hours: 8am-5pm (with some flexibility)
Pay: $22-25/hour
Employment Type: Temp to hire or direct hire
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between customers, account reps, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sales team and management.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, clinics, and physicians.
• Manage existing accounts and develop them into larger accounts.
• Qualify new potential clients and execute strategies to drive demand.
• Proactively contact provider offices to educate and maintain our presence and products.
• Source new opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Work closely with sales staff and senior management to implement sales strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing department to ensure sales force has necessary materials and information.
• Resolve wholesale and retail customer service inquiries.
• Manage internal documents and resources, including pricing structures and sales reporting.
Inside Sales Representative Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (weight management or nutrition experience preferred).
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales working with health professionals.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to develop relationships over the phone.
• Agility to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in sales technology tools.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Motivation, optimism, and passion for health.
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative.
