This position is starting at $16-$20/hour plus UNCAPPED Commission.

Responsibilities

• As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary goal is to drive sales revenue and optimize the customer service experience from our call center
• You’ll need to have strong sales skills, project management skills and record keeping skills to stay organized and keep your pipeline on track.
• This position is an individual contributor, but crucial to the overall team’s success.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to own and manage your book of businesses
• Follow up with current customer leads
• Outbound prospecting calls

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong inside sales or telemarketing experience, 3+years
• Service titan experience - not required but a plus!
• Headhunter Mentality
• Motivated to exceed expectations
• Proven experience in sales
• Proficient computer skills
• Proficient in MS OfficeExcel
• Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to consistently deliver results.
