Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including email and phone.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure they move through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high demand role of customer outreach
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
