Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our client’s dynamic team as an Entry-Level Sales Support Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to begin a career in a supportive environment where your contributions matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input sales orders into the MRP system (AS400).
• Communicate with team members to track order status.
• Monitor and trace orders throughout the process.
• Perform administrative tasks, including gathering customer documents and updating accounts.
• Provide status updates to customers and collaborate with sales and order entry teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Reach out to customers for necessary information related to their accounts.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new software.
• Interest in sales support and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong team player with confidence.
