Inside Sales Representative - Ultimate Staffing Services

Responsibilities:

• Operate in a dynamic environment by managing inbound calls, reaching out to leads, prospecting new clients, and executing marketing campaigns to expand the client base.
• Conduct market research to assess pricing and create competitive proposals while maintaining healthy profit margins for the organization.
• Collaborate with leading manufacturers and distribution partners like Lenovo, Synnex, and Google to develop optimal solutions for clients.
• Represent the organization at regional and national educational conferences.
• Utilize the CRM system to record client interactions, track sales, and forecast outcomes.
• Develop a business plan for the assigned territory to enhance client acquisition and growth among existing customers.
• Work with cross-functional teams both before and after sales.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in phone or outside sales
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Proven success in consultative sales, solution-building, and managing a diverse client portfolio.
• Outstanding communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Accountable, high integrity, passionate, and able to deliver engaging presentations in-person or virtually.
• Committed to self-education to enhance industry knowledge and stay ahead of technology trends in education.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $50k base + commission (OTE around $83,000)

• Schedule: M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm

• Location: Hybrid - Saint Paul
