CFP offers a full line of components for pneumatic, vacuum, hydraulic and structural framing applications. Our focus is in total system solutions.

Summary

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Rep to help grow business. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for supporting all aspects of customer service within the branch. This includes, but not limited to, phone/electronic sales and/or walk-in sales customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with the highest level of customers service while maintaining high levels of integrity

• Provide customers with estimated delivery of product based on inventory, supplier production and/or production level

• Provide customers support with technical product information

• Self-directed with the ability to maximize productivity

• Professional in a manner that aligns with our core values and ethics

• Participate in product training to build required product knowledge

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Good customer service and communication skills are required

• Basic computer skills including use of MS Office(Word, Excel and Outlook) with a willingness to learn new software. P21 software is a plus.

• Must possess time management and task management skills

• Ability to prioritize / multi-task in a fast-paced work environment is a necessity

• Experience in industrial distribution, preferably Fluid Power is preferred

• Mechanical background is a plus
