Inside Sales Representative/New Business Development
Independent insurance broker is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to market and sell to businesses using various avenues.
Responsibilities:
establish brand name on internet
review forms of advertising and associated costs
digital marketing
target companies by SIC codes and size
use social media/LinkedIn
send emails, letters, and campaigns
create a database of soft and qualified leads
develop marketing strategies, brochures, newsletters
assist with client retention, through various forms of communications
establish a text messaging software platform and utilization
assist with developing proposals, presentations
meet with carriers to learn appetites to target for insurance needs
assist with targeting referral sources; and developing potential referral sources/ centers of influence
research different potential company leads
cold call with spreadsheet tracking
assist with various company communications related to acquisitions and staffing recognition
etc…..
Pay: $50,000 salary plus 40% commissions on all business generated (easily a six figure opportunity the first year) plus great benefits
