About the Job
Job Purpose:
Will assist and work closely with Field Technicians and Regional Account Managers to provide industry leading customer service to existing accounts as well as potential new customers.
Duties:
* Respond to the Customer’s needs immediately and to provide them with a proposal to consider prior to the Field Technician leaving the site whenever possible.
* Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
*Produce, log and deliver proposals to customers with 100% accuracy, professionalism and promptness.
* Perform follow up calls for bids that have not yet been approved
* Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
* Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
* Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Extremely strong communication and writing skills, grammar, spelling, letter writing, etc.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge in difficult situations.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Skilled or trainable in estimating time and materials.
- Reliable, punctual work ethic.
- Ability to diligently work through fast paced high stress situations.
- Ability to adapt to the Technician or Customer’s needs to ensure optimal outcome.
- Ability to adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.
Salary
25 - 30 /hour
