Job Description: The Sales Representative is responsible for converting professional contractors into customers through proactive outreach and support. This role involves engaging with prospects via calls and emails, providing technical support, and managing the inbound funnel process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads and inbound prospects through calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert them into customers.
- Support dealers by connecting them with converted professionals and assisting with retail merchandising campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects, ensure sample delivery and usage, capture feedback, and update records.
- Manage the inbound funnel process with initial peer support and transition to independent management.
- Provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience with CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus).
- Experience in cold calling or high-volume outreach.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about a new industry.
Additional Details:
- Remote Flexibility: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.

- Hours: 40 hours per week.
