Role Expectations and Requirements
In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing new territories, supported by robust marketing strategies, comprehensive sales training, and ongoing management support. Your contributions will directly impact our goal to serve every municipality, county, and state with our exceptional asphalt products.
Requirements:
- 1+ years outside sales experience.
- Strong persuasive and sales-closing abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and strong computer skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

You will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working alongside a team of high-performing sales representatives to ensure we are able to meet the needs of our quickly growing customer base without skipping a beat. We are looking for someone with these skills! Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite with strength in Excel Strong technology experience with the ability to master software systems quickly Someone with strong interpersonal skills that enjoys helping others Professional discretion Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED Required
