Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an inside sales/customer service representative to assist with the growing domestic and international sales at the Whiteville, NC facility. This position will require the ideal candidate to perform cold calls to potential customers, follow up phone calls and emails following marketing campaigns, establish long-lasting relationships with current and prospective customers, build and maintain a sales pipeline present solutions, and close business over the phone. This position will require the candidate to input and process customer orders, communicate with the shipping department, gain an understanding of the window film manufacturing process, and knowledge of all product lines and competitor product offerings.
Position Requirements:
- 6 months inside or outside sales along with cold calling experience
- Upbeat demeanor
- Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone
- Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Basic math skills such as multiplication and percentages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, the internet, calculator, multi-line phone system and fax machine
- An aptitude test will be required before hiring on math skills, writing abilities, email/computer knowledge, and QuickBooks knowledge
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expertise with product sales, solution selling, and value-based selling
- Bilingual in Spanish
Compensation:
- Base Salary depending on experience with potential yearly bonus
