- ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- PROCESS ALL FLUOROPOLYMER PRODUCT ORDERS TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS, TO INCLUDE UNIT PRICING, LEAD TIMES, SHIPPING DATES, PRODUCT, ETC. REVIEW ALL PAPERWORK TO ADHERE TO COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
- MANAGE WORKFLOW TO ENSURE THAT ALL PAPERWORK HAS BEEN RECEIVED:ORDERS, SPA’S ETC. FOLLOW UP WITH SHIPPING TEAM FOR ANY ORDER DELAYS, CHANGES OR ANY OTHER DISCREPANCIES THAT MAY CAUSE AN IMMEDIATE REQUEST FOR ADJUSTMENT. KEEP DISTRIBUTORS/REPS/CUSTOMERS UPDATED AND INFORMED DURING ANY DELAYS.
- STAY IN TOUCH WITH PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR ANY CHANGES/UPDATES THAT MAY NEED ATTENTION PER THE PRODUCTION BACKLOG.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS, REPS CUSTOMERS, AND INTERNAL TEAMS.
- RESPOND TO INCOMING CUSTOMER AND DISTRIBUTOR INQUIRIES. RESPOND TO SALES LEADS AND WORK CLOSELY WITH PROCESS ENGINEER AND SALES MANAGER TO ANSWER CHALLENGING AND UNIQUE QUESTIONS.
- PROVIDE PROMPT RESPONSE TIMES ON INQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS. FOLLOWING ALL QUOTING/PRICING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
- COLD-CALL PROSPECTS THAT ARE GENERATED BY EXTERNAL LEADS.
- COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY AND OFTEN WITH REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS, PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTORS/REPS TO ENSURE ALL CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED.
- MAINTAIN KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, USE, BENEFITS, AVAILABILITY AND PRICING STRUCTURE.
- MONITORS AND PROCESS COMPLAINTS, RETURNS AND DAMAGED GOODS WITH SALES AND SHIPPING TEAM. FOLLOWS PROPER RMA PROCEDURE TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
- ESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING CUSTOMER RECORDS, PROCESS CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND FILE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS UTILIZING THE CRM DATABASE WHILE HANDLING CONFIDENTIAL AND PERSONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION APPROPRIATELY.
- COMPILE DAILY/WEEKLY REPORTS: SHIPMENT REPORT, DAILY SALES REPORT ETC. DISTRIBUTES DAILY PRODUCTION BACKLOG TO EACH DEPARTMENT.
- MAINTAINS COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF AND COMPLIES WITH COMPANY AND DEPARTMENT POLICIES, STANDARDS, AND PROCEDURES. SUPPORTS THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY RESULTS BY FOLLOWING COMPANY RULES AND GUIDELINES.
- PROCESS SALES SAMPLE REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS (DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL) FOR TUBING, INCLUDING LITERATURE, WORKING CLOSELY WITH PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ACHIEVING ALL SALES GOALS SET FORTH BY MANAGEMENT, MAINTAINING SALES OPPORTUNITIES BY RESEARCHING AND IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL ACCOUNTS AND TRENDS.
- MANAGING CRM SALES DATABASE OF CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENT INFO

Required Experience:
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
* HIGH SCHOOL/GED WITH AT LEAST 5YRS OF SALES EXPERIENCE, EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF SALES PROCESSES, PREFERABLY WITH A TECHNICAL BACKGROUND.
* STRONG PC SKILLS, PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCT SUITE INCLUDING OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL).
* FAMILIARITY WITH CRM.
* SELF-MANAGED AND MOTIVATED. DESIRE TO LEARN NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND SOLUTIONS.
* ABLE TO READ AND INTERPRET SPECIFICATIONS IN RFQ/RFPS.
* EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT.
* EXCELLENT WRITTEN, ORAL AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
* SUPERIOR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AND THE DESIRE TO HELP FIND SOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMER’S NEEDS.
