Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients interested in offering healthy snack options at retail locations including supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty health food stores, and more.
- Cultivate strong relationships with current clients and new prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences in the healthy snack category.
- Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional support to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and pipeline development using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
