Job Details:
Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant field.
- Familiarity with small office environments and administrative tasks.
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and initiate tasks independently.
- Comfortable with phone calls, qualifying leads, and assisting in sales.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Communicate with customers via calls and emails, including following up on leads and addressing inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, answering questions, and sending additional information via email.
- Keep abreast of product/service updates and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings.
