Purpose of Role:
To manage PowerPak’s Inside Sales department, including setting and achieving Sales Targets and KPIs. This is a strategic role that includes motivating and leading the Sales Team while ensuring Sales Reporting is conducted in a timely manner, along with developing strategies with management around achieving aggressive revenue growth targets.
Core Responsibilities Outline:
- Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary.
- Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT & Sales huddles.
- 30 Minute Response Time.
- Phone Answering Speed (3 seconds).
- Work in conjunction with HR on the hiring and training of new team members.
- Coaching and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource.
- Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone.
- Oversee Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthly Sales Reporting.
- Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary.
- Manage & Oversee:
- Inside Sales Processes.
- Customer Support Metrics.
- Inbound & Outbound Call Quality/Coaching.
- New Team Member Onboarding.
- Team Member Task/Quote Management.
KPI’s:
- Team Sales.
- Team KPIs.
- Overall Sales Order Accuracy.
- Phone Answering Speed.
- Team ENPS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Customer Oriented.

- Pay: $120,000 - $130,000 per year with OTE up to $150,000.
