Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for compiling and analyzing client and market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide activities and performance ("So What", "Now What"). This role will be critical to help drive customer relationship management. To be successful you should be able to analyze large amounts of data, accurately project trends, identify opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize strategies, increase market share and business performance. This role requires a proactive person with the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
The position reports to the Director of Account Management. Within the organization, the position has primary working relationships with Account Management, Marketing, New Business Development, Recruiting, Operations, IT, and our team in the Philippines. Externally, the position would work with our agency and consulting partners.
- Manage and analyze client data, competitive activity, and market/macro trends--across multiple sources, including secondary data and research.
- Support monthly client reporting.
- Report and make recommendations, providing explanations on findings that inform on business performance.
- Lead the articulation of actionable insights based on the data, driving both short-term and long-term strategies
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for key internal clients, as requested
- Understand the Brand strategy and recommend tactics to drive the strategy based on actionable insights from multiple data sources.
- Leverage dynamic data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Sheets/ Excel for impactful storytelling
- Collaborate with and gather input from cross-functional partners to help identify and explain key insights and trends. Act as a strategic analytics advisor to the organization
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Analytics is preferred
- 2yrs experience in data analytics role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as demonstrable in oral presentations, succinct PowerPoint stories and layout, as well as structured syntheses and recommendations
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills, turning insights into action
- Demonstrate advanced use of Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
