We are looking for an Inspection Coordinator responsible for communicating with inspectors, communicating with our clients, monitoring work quality through photograph inspection, and ensuring all client deadlines and expectations are being met.

We are looking for an Inspection Coordinator responsible for communicating with inspectors, communicating with our clients, monitoring work quality through photograph inspection, and ensuring all client deadlines and expectations are being met.
Your specific duties will include:
- Communicating with inspectors on properties including timeline adherence and quality standards.
- Answering customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products relating to inspections.
- Reviewing inspection results upon submission to our 3rd party platform.
- Responsible for client interaction and vendor interaction throughout the assigned territory/client.
- Responsible for improving customer satisfaction through adhering to timeline and quality standards.
- Continually maintaining a working knowledge of all company services.
- Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management
- Must have experience and high score in Excel
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and customer service skills
