In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on-site, working independently and taking charge of installations while building strong relationships with customers and teammates. Key Responsibilities:
- Master the installation process for commercial car wash systems, working with electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and water heating components to deliver a top-notch product.
- Be the safety champion by following OSHA regulations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace that promotes a safe and efficient working environment.
- Lead with communication—keep the team in the loop on project progress, troubleshoot any irregularities, and ensure seamless operations from start to finish.
- Own the customer experience by delivering superior service, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring every project meets customer expectations.
- Support the Installation Supervisor by ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Protect our assets—maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment like they’re your own, ensuring everything is in top working order.
- Be a team player—interact with customers and colleagues with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on delivering high-quality work every time.
- Expand your skills—cross-train in additional technical areas such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, and more.
- Tackle new challenges—take on additional duties as needed and help drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; graduates of Technical Schools are strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in installation, construction, or a similar trade.
- A strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, or construction, with practical experience or trade school education.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the electrical, automotive, HVAC, or welding industries!
- Ability to read and understand English.
- A professional appearance and the ability to follow safety standards at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willing to travel as needed and comfortable working with power tools and hand tools.
