Install Technician - Mad City Windows and Baths

The Midwest's #1 Remodeler is looking for an Install Technician to represent Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity-backed company, in fielding a variety of residential construction service and repair appointments within our St. Louis market! This position will be part time to begin with, but has the opportunity to grow into a full time role.

Mad City Windows & Baths leads the industry in our Bath, Kitchen, and Window installation standards! We are searching for a well-rounded and experienced maintenance tech that has at least 3+ years in the construction, remodeling, or building maintenance industries. 

Our service technicians follow up with warranty or repair claims on our residential remodel installations. 

Daily tasks could include the following:

• Drywall patching
• Painting and staining
• Installing shower doors
• Fixing plumbing leaks
• Replacing window sashes
• Wrapping windows
• Interior trim work
• General caulking and cleaning
• Misc. carpentry work

What we need from you: 

• Valid Driver's License
• 3+ years of residential remodeling and repair
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift >75lbs as needed
