Job Title: Assembly Technician

Position Description: Under immediate supervision, the Assembly Technician installs subassemblies into Schwarze products to form structural assemblies of sweepers for the assembly line.

Responsibilities:

• Install subassemblies into products according to specifications.
• Position parts based on knowledge of the unit or by following manuals.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in assembly processes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly manuals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
